# Terms of Service

**Effective date: October 19, 2026**

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the website at https://mirellamarket.shop, its shopping tools, and orders placed with mirellamarket (collectively, the "Services"). TRI HUU, LLC operates mirellamarket and is referred to as "we," "us," or "our." Accessing the Services or submitting an order means you agree to these Terms and the Store policies incorporated below.

## 1. Capacity and Accounts

You must have legal capacity to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction. A person below the age of majority may use the Services only with a parent or legal guardian's consent and supervision.

Account, payment, and delivery information must be accurate and current. If customer accounts are enabled, keep credentials confidential and report suspected unauthorized access promptly. You are not responsible for activity caused by our failure to use reasonable security.

## 2. Rules for Using the Services

The Services may be used for lawful personal shopping and other purposes we allow. You must not:

- submit fraudulent information, impersonate another person, or use a payment method without authority;
- violate law or infringe another person's intellectual property, privacy, or legal rights;
- introduce harmful code, disrupt operation, bypass controls, or test security without approval;
- collect Store information through unauthorized scraping or automated tools;
- publish or transmit abusive, threatening, deceptive, or unlawful content; or
- reproduce, resell, or commercially exploit Store materials without permission.

We may restrict use that reasonably appears fraudulent, illegal, abusive, or dangerous to the Store or another person. Mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected.

## 3. Product Listings and Availability

We use reasonable care when presenting photographs, colors, dimensions, specifications, descriptions, pricing, and availability. Screen settings can alter appearance, and normal manufacturing variation can occur. This does not affect remedies for goods that are faulty, materially misdescribed, or not fit for a legally protected purpose.

Stock may change before order acceptance. Adding a product to a cart does not reserve it. We may impose reasonable purchase limits by customer, account, household, address, payment method, or order to manage supply and prevent fraud or unauthorized resale.

## 4. Prices, Taxes, Delivery Fees, and Payment

Checkout displays the applicable currency and total before payment authorization. A later price change does not affect an accepted order. Section 12 addresses obvious errors.

For an accepted delivery destination, the total is intended to include applicable taxes and import duties. mirellamarket will not require a separate tax, customs-duty, or import-fee payment when the parcel arrives. Standard shipping is free when the discounted merchandise subtotal is more than US$30. A subtotal of US$30 or less is subject to the shipping charge shown at checkout. Any optional premium delivery method is separately priced.

You confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and allow us and the provider to process the charge. The provider's own terms can also apply.

## 5. Order Acceptance

An automated order email confirms receipt but does not necessarily constitute acceptance. A contract forms when we issue a dispatch confirmation or otherwise expressly accept the order.

Before acceptance, we may decline or cancel for a legitimate reason, such as unavailable stock, failed payment verification, suspected fraud, an unsupported address, a legal restriction, or an obvious listing error. If payment was captured, it will be returned to the original method.

Review all items and the shipping address before submitting. Email cheisidher1@outlook.com immediately to request a correction. We will try to help but cannot guarantee a change after fulfillment begins.

## 6. Shipping and Delivery

The Shipping Policy forms part of these Terms. Orders generally take 2-3 business days to process. Standard transit is then estimated at 20-45 calendar days after dispatch. Customs, weather, carrier volume, holidays, remote destinations, and events outside reasonable control may affect delivery.

Unless mandatory law specifies otherwise, risk transfers to a consumer when the parcel is delivered to the customer or a person designated by the customer. Ownership transfers after full payment and delivery.

## 7. Returns, Cancellations, and Refunds

The Return and Refund Policy is incorporated here. Eligible goods may be returned free when the request is made within 30 days after delivery. Once an approved refund is sent to the original payment method, it generally appears within 3-7 business days, subject to the financial institution's processing time.

The separate policy explains item condition, exclusions, prepaid labels, exchange handling, and remedies for faulty or incorrect goods. Nothing here waives any non-excludable cancellation, conformity, or refund right.

## 8. Offers and Discount Codes

Promotions can have additional conditions displayed with the offer. Unless stated otherwise, a code cannot be combined, has no cash value, and expires as disclosed. We may correct an offer created or applied in error but will not unfairly modify it after accepting the related order.

## 9. Reviews and Submitted Content

You continue to own reviews, photographs, feedback, or other material you submit. You grant TRI HUU, LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, format, reproduce, publish, display, and use the content for operating and promoting mirellamarket. The license ends when the material is removed from active systems, except for lawful backups and previously distributed content that cannot reasonably be recalled.

You confirm that you have the right to provide the content and that it is lawful, accurate, non-infringing, and does not expose another person's private information or abuse anyone. We may moderate or remove material that fails these requirements.

## 10. Store Intellectual Property

Original Store copy, design, graphics, photographs, logos, and software are owned by or licensed to TRI HUU, LLC and protected by intellectual property law. Visitors receive a limited, personal, revocable, and non-transferable permission to access them for shopping. No ownership right is transferred.

Product names, company marks, and third-party materials belong to their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply sponsorship or endorsement unless expressly stated.

## 11. Shopify, Service Providers, and External Links

Shopify provides our commerce platform. Other organizations can support payment, applications, analytics, fulfillment, and delivery. Direct use of their services may be governed by their terms and privacy notices. We do not control independent websites linked from the Store, although this does not exclude responsibility assigned to us for providers acting on our behalf.

## 12. Errors and Corrections

Store content can occasionally contain a typographical mistake, omission, inaccurate description, incorrect price, or outdated availability. We may correct and update information. If a material correction affects an order already submitted, we will explain it and allow the customer to accept the corrected terms or cancel for a full refund. A minor error will not be used to avoid an otherwise valid accepted order.

## 13. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy is part of these Terms. It describes data collection, use, disclosure, retention, cookies, choices, and privacy-rights procedures.

## 14. Service and Product Assurances

To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided on an "as available" basis without a promise of uninterrupted or error-free access. Products remain subject to their descriptions, express warranties, and every implied warranty or consumer guarantee required by law.

Nothing in these Terms waives a statutory protection or remedy that cannot be waived. Limitations apply only to the extent enforceable.

## 15. Liability Limits

To the maximum lawful extent, neither party is liable to the other for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed. For a contractual claim concerning a product, our aggregate liability will otherwise not exceed the amount paid for that product unless applicable law provides a greater remedy.

We do not limit liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, intentional misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, breach of mandatory consumer rights, or any matter that cannot legally be limited.

## 16. Loss Caused by Unlawful Use

Where enforceable, a user must reimburse reasonable direct loss resulting from unlawful use, a material breach of these Terms, or infringement of another person's rights. This does not cover loss caused by us and does not reduce consumer protections.

## 17. Restricting Access

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary because of a serious violation, fraud, a security concern, or a legal requirement. Provisions intended to continue, including payment, ownership, liability, and dispute terms, remain effective.

## 18. Governing Law and Resolving Issues

Wyoming law and applicable U.S. federal law govern these Terms, without applying conflict-of-law rules. This choice does not remove mandatory protections under the law of a consumer's usual residence.

Before formal proceedings, email cheisidher1@outlook.com with the order number and a clear description of the problem. We will attempt a good-faith informal resolution. Either party remains entitled to use a court, regulator, or consumer process available under applicable law.

## 19. General Conditions

These Terms and incorporated policies form the agreement relating to the Services and Store purchases. If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only as necessary, leaving the remainder effective. Delay in enforcement is not a waiver. You may not transfer this agreement without our consent. We may transfer it in a legitimate financing, restructuring, or business sale if customer rights are preserved.

## 20. Updates to These Terms

We may revise these Terms for operational, service, or legal developments. Revisions apply prospectively after posting unless applicable law requires otherwise. The version effective when an order is accepted continues to govern that purchase.
