# Privacy Policy
**Effective date: October 19, 2026**
TRI HUU, LLC operates mirellamarket (referred to as "mirellamarket," "we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains our collection, use, disclosure, retention, and protection of personal information when you browse https://mirellamarket.shop, make a purchase, ask for support, or interact with another part of our store services (the "Services").
For processing described in this policy, TRI HUU, LLC is the data controller. Shopify and certain other organizations may separately act as controllers where they determine their own processing purposes and methods.
## Information We May Collect
### Information Provided by You
This may include:
- your name, email address, telephone number, billing address, and shipping address;
- order details, products, price, payment status, fulfillment, delivery, return, replacement, and refund information;
- account credentials and saved selections where account functions are offered;
- support messages, complaints, reviews, photographs, surveys, and other content you send; and
- marketing status, privacy choices, and records of consent.
Full payment-card credentials are submitted to the payment provider shown during checkout. We normally receive a transaction status and limited payment information rather than a complete card number and security code.
### Information Generated Automatically
When the Services are used, we and our providers may receive an IP address, browser and device information, operating system, device identifiers, approximate location derived from IP, referring source, page views, cart activity, checkout interactions, and activity dates and times. Cookies, pixels, tags, and comparable technology may be used.
### Information From Other Sources
We may receive information from Shopify, payment and anti-fraud providers, warehouses, fulfillment services, shipping carriers, analytics or advertising companies, social platforms, and other vendors that help operate the Store.
## Purposes for Processing
We may use personal information to:
- confirm payment, process and fulfill an order, arrange shipping, provide transaction notices, and administer cancellations, returns, replacements, and refunds;
- create customer accounts and preserve selected settings;
- answer questions and investigate complaints or order problems;
- protect customers and the Store against fraud, abuse, unauthorized activity, and security threats;
- measure performance and improve merchandise, website operation, and customer service;
- send marketing communications where allowed and record opt-out requests;
- personalize content or advertising where lawful and consistent with user choices;
- maintain accounting, tax, consumer, and regulatory records; and
- enforce agreements or establish, exercise, and defend legal rights.
Where UK data protection rules apply, processing may rely on performance of a contract or requested pre-contract steps, legal obligation, consent, or legitimate interests such as operating and securing the Store, preventing fraud, helping customers, and improving the business. We assess legitimate interests against individual rights. Consent can be withdrawn for future processing at any time.
## Cookies and Privacy Choices
Necessary technologies allow checkout, carts, security, fraud controls, and requested preferences to function. Optional technologies may support analytics, personalization, or advertising according to Store configuration, location, and consent.
Use the cookie banner or privacy settings shown by mirellamarket to manage available options. Browser settings can also block or delete cookies, but some essential features may stop working. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe option. Choices can require renewal in another browser or device or after cookies are cleared.
## Disclosure of Information
We may disclose relevant information to:
- Shopify for hosting, checkout, infrastructure, analytics, and commerce services;
- banks, payment processors, card networks, and fraud-prevention providers;
- warehouses, fulfillment services, logistics companies, and delivery carriers;
- vendors supplying cloud, security, email, customer-support, analytics, marketing, and other operational services;
- insurers, accountants, auditors, lawyers, and other professional advisers;
- courts, regulators, law enforcement, or other parties when disclosure is required or permitted for compliance, safety, rights protection, or legal claims; and
- a prospective or completed purchaser, lender, investor, or successor involved in a financing, merger, reorganization, acquisition, or asset transfer, with appropriate safeguards.
We do not sell personal information in exchange for money. Certain U.S. privacy laws may still define cookie-based advertising or analytics disclosure as a "sale," "sharing," or targeted advertising. Where relevant, opt out through the Store's cookie banner or data-sharing control, or email us. We process recognized browser preference signals such as Global Privacy Control where the law requires it and our Store configuration supports it.
## Shopify Processing
Shopify hosts mirellamarket and processes data to provide and improve its commerce platform. Shopify may process information in the United States, Canada, and other countries. Its privacy practices are described at https://www.shopify.com/legal/privacy. Independent payment options, applications, and linked services may publish their own notices.
## Retention
We keep personal information only for a period reasonably connected to the purpose. Factors include order completion, support, returns and warranties, the customer relationship, fraud prevention, legal limitation periods, and statutory tax, accounting, or consumer records. Information no longer needed is deleted, anonymized, or securely restricted until deletion is possible.
## International Transfers
Information can be handled in countries other than the customer's country. Their privacy laws may differ. When a safeguard is legally required, we use an approved mechanism such as an adequacy regulation or decision, recognized contractual clauses, or another lawful basis.
## Data Security
We maintain reasonable organizational, administrative, and technical safeguards suited to the information and relevant risk. No internet transmission or storage service is completely secure. Protect account credentials and notify us about suspected unauthorized transactions or access.
## Individual Rights
Depending on applicable law, and subject to verification and exceptions, you may have a right to:
- receive information about processing and access personal data;
- correct incomplete or inaccurate data;
- request deletion;
- obtain eligible information in portable form;
- object to or restrict qualifying processing;
- withdraw consent prospectively;
- opt out of qualifying sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or profiling;
- limit specified use or disclosure of sensitive personal information; and
- appeal a decision where applicable U.S. state law provides an appeal process.
Email cheisidher1@outlook.com to make a request or appeal. Explain the right involved and provide enough detail to locate the relevant record. We may request reasonable identity verification. Where authorized agents are permitted, we may require evidence of authority and direct verification with the consumer.
We do not unlawfully discriminate against a person for exercising a privacy right. UK residents may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at https://ico.org.uk. We encourage contacting us first so we can attempt to resolve the concern.
## U.S. State Privacy Disclosure
During the preceding 12 months, we may have collected identifiers and contact information, customer-record details, commercial and transaction information, internet or electronic activity, approximate location based on IP, and inferences concerning shopping interests. Sources include customers, devices, and the providers described above. We use and disclose these categories for the purposes stated in this policy.
We do not knowingly use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics. We do not knowingly sell or share personal information of consumers under 16. State-specific rights and disclosures apply only when the relevant law covers TRI HUU, LLC, the individual, and the processing.
## Children's Privacy
The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information directly. A parent or guardian who believes a child submitted information should contact us so we can investigate and delete it where required. Minors without legal capacity should shop only with parent or guardian involvement.
## Links to Independent Services
A link may lead to a service not controlled by mirellamarket. Its operator is responsible for its privacy and security practices. Review the external notice before providing personal information.
## Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy because of changes in the Services, technology, practices, or legal requirements. The current version and effective date will be published here. Additional notice or consent will be provided when required.
